Week 6 - Weigh In

Well, slight set back. I gained 3lbs. It's ok, I have to just pick myself up and move on. This is the largest gain I've had since I've been on program.

We went to the Coke Zero 400 over the weekend and while I walked miles (literally) I just didn't make wise enough choices this week. It will be ok! Next week, here we go!
