Week 9 - Weigh In

I missed weigh in last week. We had a lot going on and it's been a very hectic two weeks. The great news is, I didn't gain! I didn't lose but I DIDN'T GAIN! I stayed the same. Total loss still holding at 18.6lbs.

Week 7 - Weigh In

I did it! I lost the gain from last week and then some. 4lbs gone. Total loss 18.6lbs.

Week 6 - Weigh In

Well, slight set back. I gained 3lbs. It's ok, I have to just pick myself up and move on. This is the largest gain I've had since I've been on program.

We went to the Coke Zero 400 over the weekend and while I walked miles (literally) I just didn't make wise enough choices this week. It will be ok! Next week, here we go!
